i have heard that cardio in the morning is the best for burning fat? I just want to know though if during that fat burning process in the morning whether i will also be burning lean muscle tissue as a result becuase my body is depleted of carbohydrates after 8 hours of sleep or will i just be purely burning fat and not muscle? also how much cardio should i be doing weekly when i want to gain as much muslce as possible. On flex wheelers site it says to do it once a week to and in arnold scwharzengerrs encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding he says beginners should not do it more than 4-5 times a week at 30-45 minutes...is arnies too much will i burn lean muscle mass if i do it this many times or should i just stick to once a week when trying to gain muscle.
