Hola my name is scott and i kinda have an issue.
I have a high metabolism, i try different things but nothing helps me gain weight very much. (i have stretch marks tho from gaining and losing fast.)
i want to get stronger as well, never worked out much as a kid.
i am 6'1 and i weigh about 130 ( yea i know that is kinda bad)
what am i to do, im complety new to all this.

Your diet is the #1 pass/fail in fitness. If your seriously trying to bulk up, you need to eat as cleanly and as many calories as you can. Try eating 3000-3500 calories in the beginning, and combine it with a program geared for size and strength.
