My name is Clayton and I am about 80-90 lbs. overweight as the result of poor diet and some meds I'm on that make me gain weight. But I am determined to lose the weight this time and I need some help. I know I need to be eating small meals 6-7 times per day, only good carbs, lots of fruits and vegetables, I exercise about 60 mins. 6 days a week. I need help with the weight-lifting part like what exercises I need to be doing and how many reps and what not. I would ideally like to get a six pack and some nice arms, but will settle for just a flat stomach.
