Hey everyone! I'm a mother of 2, ages 6 and 1, who has had back surgery, knee problems, hypothyroidism and I've gained about 60lbs that I want to get rid of! Since my little one is still very little and it's cold, I've opted to stay in the house and work out. My goal is to be able to play rugby again like I used to before my back surgery but I need to get myself back into somewhat shape so that I can at least run around! I have a treadmill with incline in the house but don't really know what the best thing to do on it would be, how much for how long. I've started taking glucosamine/Chondroitin for the knees, hopefully it will help. At 27 I shouldn't feel like I'm 50, I'm ready to start doing this and I'm ready to do anything for it!

Good luck! I also have knee problems, so I know how tough it can be to workout with that issue. That said...sounds like you're determined and that is the key ingredient.
