I am a 32 year old female and mothe of two. 10 months ago I had a hysterectomy after a 3 year battle with cancer. I ahve always been a size 3 to 4 and now I have this flab around my tummy and my butt and in size 10s. dieting hasn't helped. any suggestions
Do you have a medical issue that keeps you from losing weight? PROPER diet is almost always the key to weight loss. Try eating 10-12 calories per pound of body weight, per day ans see if that helps. Diet can be really tricky in that if you eat too many calories you gain weight, and if you eat too few you won't lose, or will gain weight.
