my joints are stiff,and sore most of the time. walking and sometimes just sitting and moving around hurts. What can I do? Are there some good exercises? or some thing to take(herbs)? Thank-you Tami
I wouldn't try herbs as they could be dangerous if one doesn't know what they are doing and if on other medications. You may want to try glucose ask your doctor first if you are diabetic.
Start with light exercise and change your eating habits. Losing just 10lbs will make a different on your joints. Try it.
