How long should I wait between working muscle groups? For instance, the ab program only has me working those muscles out twice a week, yet I feel I can do it every day. When working out my arms, they are sore for a day or two after, I feel like I can work them again after that, but my exercise program doesn't have me work them for a week. I am not trying to get stout by any means, but I am trying to gain a little strength and tone. How long should I wait before working out muscle groups again?
