I am nervous that the FT weight loss and definition program is going to make me bulk up. I am a 32 year old women and I would like to lose 20 pounds.. I don't want my arms to get any bigger, I want them to get smaller. The program doesn't have any cardio, when do I fit that in?
There is no set rule as to when to do the cardio. I like to do it before and get it over with, and also provides me with an overall warm up.
As for "bulking up", unless you have major levels of testosterone in your body and as much as a man, you do not have to worry about bulking up, (some men don't even "bulk up").
