As of monday i start orafinadrol......I am 200 lbs and and thick build. broad shoulders big arms and what not. maxes.....curl 120lbs bench 210 lbs one arm curl-L:55lbs R:60lbs power clean 165lbs military press 125lbs leg extension 225lbs. I have 4 full day i can dedicate to work out....If anyone out there is feeling generous and wants to help me out please let me know. i am a complete novice I would like to know about calorie and protein intake needed and reps and what weights to do the reps and sets in.....what i want is a lean cut build. round 180 and cut but i am willing to loose more weight. the steroid is a 3 month supply and is stacked with other things. its called orafinadrol-50. let me know. please and thank you.

This is the wrong forum for the topic, you should have posted in supplements forum,
Obviously you don't know at all about what you are taking orally as this product will increase your size and strength and NOT give you the lean look you are looking for. This will give you bulky large over sized for your build look.
Besides, the side effects.
Proper diet and exercise will give you what your looking for.
Why would you as a novice do steroids?

well i mean i say novice but i have been lifting with my friend who is by far not a novice. I call myself a novice cuz i dont lift every week. I have read up on this and if i do cardio then along with sit-ups and crunches then i should be able to burn alot of fat. I just have no idea where to start a workout or diet plan or what to stack this with. protein wise i mean.

You need some education in this stuff if you think Sit ups and crunches is going to do it for you. If you dump the roids, there would be a lot of PT's and other members on here that would help you . Including myself.

well thank you. i was also going to run but something came up and there will be no steroids....Know of any supplements stacks that would help me in my goal of loosing weight and gaining muscle?
