As of monday i start orafinadrol......I am 200 lbs and and thick build. broad shoulders big arms and what not. maxes.....curl 120lbs bench 210 lbs one arm curl-L:55lbs R:60lbs power clean 165lbs military press 125lbs leg extension 225lbs deadlift 300lbs. I have 4 full day i can dedicate to work out....If anyone out there is feeling generous and wants to help me out please let me know. i am a complete novice I would like to know about calorie and protein intake needed and reps and what weights to do the reps and sets in.....what i want is a lean cut build. round 180 and cut but i am willing to loose more weight. the steroid is a 3 month supply and is stacked with other things. its called orafinadrol-50. let me know. please and thank you.

post cycle therapy. look it up, and then check out the side effects of the crap you want to take.
i think you should be able to diet without the use of prohormones. |

well it comes in a stack and part of the stack is a estrogen blocker if thats what ur talking about. I didnt see bery many side effects besides aggresion.

OTC estrogen blockers or BS. That stuff is similar to tren, it is going to shut down your natural ability to produce testosterone. Could also raise progesterone and prolactin levels causing gyno, and maybe even lactation. Why don't you just do some research on diet and training before you go jumping into prohormones.
There are also some great online trainers that will help you figure out diet and training. |

i would like to ask for help since the steroid thing didnt work out....i was just looking for quick results but now im looking for supplements and different things to help with a workout i make. i would like my workouts to burn fat and gain muscle....

For starters, fill out your profile on here, that way we know a little more about your lifestyle etc. I am assuming you are a male but do not know your age. There is a lot you can do with the knowledge you already have and adding a sound program with healthy diet will get you where you want. This type of ignorance/foolishness is what gets people hurt and AAS banned. As a 'complete novice' you are weak with little LBM. Focus on strength training consistantly with the big lifts(squats, deadlifts, overhead presses,etc) and eating well. Stop looking for short cuts. Try Starting Strength II or Bill Starr's 5x5. You can also look into 5/3/1 and other similar programs. | |

well thanks for all the help....i took a bmi. 17 percent body fat and according to the maching ive got 34lbs of fat. but thanks i think im gonna focus on aerobic excercises for a bit.
