Lost weight... still flabby!

Hey... I lost like 45 lbs last summer and i still run and everything... but while everything else is quite slim, i have a gut.... not like a big beer belly gut... but like a really soft jelly-ish tummy... how in the world do i get rid of this? I would be the happiest man in the world... Thank You.

Porto! I'm willing to bet it's your diet and your workout plan. If you don't already have a weight lifting program that you're following, try one of FTs programs, I would suggest the 8 week mass gaining one. If running is your number one priority, you probably want to choose to only do weights 2 days/week. Also look at FTs nutrition section and use it as a guideline, you'll probably find that you'll be taking in more protein than you have been, but that's so you can build muscle. You may also want to try the 12 week ab program in addtion to the first program I suggested. Give it a try and see how it works for you.
