Hey everyone! I'm new here obviously! Think i'm actually underweight but just want to use this website to help me to eat right and to motivate me to be more active. I will keep a close eye on my weight to ensure I stay around the weight I am and don't go under. By the way what is "imput weight used" in the fitness plan???
