And now we need Cains........
Okey any other martial art experts out there?
What I can think of is working your anaerobic-aerobic limits..... Do interval cardio training.

Hi Junta I am not familiar with systema. But I do study Martial arts my main interest is Shotokan Which is un armed and very liniar (straight to the point) so to say. As for special conditioning goes cardio is a must to increase stamina do as much sparring as you can and work on a heavy bag add whrist and anckle weights. Ab work to strengthen stomach so you can take a good hit, Push-ups for your chest. Pushups on knuckless will help with wrist strengthoning and conditioning. Any form of weight training will help too. Most important stretch every day !!!!! stretch every thing you got. Hope that helps be glad to talk about it more drop me a line here.

hey junda! sorry-i don't know that martial art, but like Senpai, i'm very interested in Shotokan Karate. the best thing is to get a book and read about it. It will help alot. stretching is very important, just as cardio is too. its important to have a good condition. u might also want to try exercises that really push u to the limits. like holding 2 bottles of water at a shoulder-height. then just when u thing u can't take it anymore, u still push yourself to do it longer. or sitting on an invisible chair, leaning against the wall and keeping this position untill your legs are shaking like mad!-u just push yourself to do more and more , keep the position longer.this will help u in your classes to indure pain better. such exercises also increase muscel mass.well i hope i've helped...
