I become rather confused.
I read about % intake, ie,
.20% Protine or 10% fats or 70% carbs.
. Take this amount of grams, etc,etc
Why I'm confused, do I look on the back of a tin, or would I just weigh my chickens and tunas.
How and what do I do?
