Hi All~
My name is Heather and I found this site just by looking up a good home exercise program to start doing. I don't really have access to the gym or any type of equipment at this time. I weigh 130 lbs and I used to weigh about 100 lbs which was good for my height. I want to be able to be back down to close to that by Summer. If anybody can give any good tips or helpful hints on good recipes or workout routines I would be happy to hear them. Thanks
