Hi all! I just started my lifting program last week and I'm tracking my progress with BIOBODY on my PDA. I need to input my measurements. Question: Should I take measurements on a rest day or after my workout while still pumped?

After your workout.

In your opinion, why after working out? It makes more sense on your rest days. Measuring while your pumped will give you false measurements. The pump only lasts so long.

The important thing is not when but always to take the measurement on the same time. Now it's up to you when you want to do it.
Contract your muscles while measuring.

Whenever you do it, just make sure it is at the same time every time. Probably without a pump makes much more sense, sometimes you can have a good pump, sometimes not, and your will have extreme variances. Use the same tape, same scale, and same time each week.
