My Personalized Exercise Program is set for three days in the week. The days selected are Mon-Thu-Sat Excercise and Tue-Wed-Fri rest. Is there a way to change it so it sets the two-day rest period on the weekend? I'd like to workout Mon-Wed-Fri. Thank you
