I'm so pumped. Alright, not as much as I would be if I could do a darn pull-up, but pretty excited. This is my third week and today I could do 10 reps at a weight that I could previously only do 6, AND added weight to the exercise on the fourth set! Woo-hoo! Small victories=happy girl. I love this site. I know I can come here and get kudos instead of the looks and "what's a rep" from my non-lifting colleagues. Happy Friday!
