I'm 16, 5'5'', 113 lbs, and a female. I picked the build muscle and mass program, along with the abs program. Basically I want to know if this website will actually help me, if I stay committed. I'm really tired of being a "stick" and weak, and muscle could definitely help me since I play basketball and golf. So does this training program work?
