Hi, im looking for some advice on how to tone my bum, tummy and inner thighs. The problem is i do spinning and boxing, but i tone SO slowly..I mostly drop too much weight. I am 1.75m tall and weigh 52kg. I would like to look like a fitness participant, not a body builder but to tone and "bulk" a little. I can feel my bum slowly toning with spinning and my calves look good, just those pesky little places. I drink loads of water as well as eat healthily.. Which training can i do and please dont use Trainer terminology as i dont really get the whole dumb bell curls thing..lol:(
Ok, without using -Trainer Terminology- Start using the definition program from here. Start with the intermediate level since you are already active. Take a look at your diet and see where you can cut some sugar and fat,
