hi everyone, im 15 years old and im very insecure about myself. i was overweight (135 lbs at 9 years old) and i started a plan that brought me down to (97 lbs). now i gained a couple of pounds and im currently 110 lbs and not too happy about it! my body is regular toned , not muscular body but im still not happy my goal is to get to 100 lbs :)
Kaypee, please remember that low self-esteem can make you think you're chubby or overweight when you're really not.
I used to weight 150 pounds at 6 foot and I thought I was chubby in some pictures. Looking back, after gaining some weight, I look back and realise just how think I was.
Upload some pictures perhaps also, if you're insecure without reason, we'll let you know ^_^. But getting fit and eating healthily doesn't mean you'd need to lose weight, so of course you could still stay here.
