Hi I'm Autumn. I am looking for someone to check in with every day/ every other day over email to make sure that we are doing our work out plans and eating properly. I would like it to be a relationship where we can be honest when we fail and can encourage one another to get back up and keep going. I make a really good therapist...lol...and would be 100% there for anyone who needs the help :)
I would prefer if the person was female.(don't want to make my hubby jealous ;) )
Also I need to loose about 28 lbs. So someone with around that amount might be better so that we have similar goals....but it is not a must of coarse...just might make things easier.
