Only starting out and have know idea where to start...
i started a plan on ft but it seems like to many reps
for muscle mass? and i also wanna lose the beer gut while
i gain size! is this possible to do both at the same time?

I kind of thought the same thing Reby, but I've been pretty sore after leaving the gym for the past two weeks. If you're in it for the long haul, a few weeks (months) of hi-rep training won't derail your Mr. Universe aspirations:) Good luck.
