I get stressed out easily and have a lot of pent of anger. I'm not violent I just drink a lot of coke or eat a lot when I get stressed. I'm not in high school anymore but I am in college. My family isn't very supportive in what I do and I think that is what is causing the weight gain, the lack of support. My family is very disconnected and they don't support me in my goal of marching drum corps and becoming a band director. I am a musician and would like to play my clarinet when stressed but time does not allow and I need a new way to relieve stress.
Any suggesting as to relieving stress and pent up anger?

Take up martial arts (boxing, kicking boxing, muay thai, grappling etc), join sports like volleyball, climbing, basketball, softball, etc, start lifting weights, etc....
