Hi, my name is Jenn and I am from Maine. It's only taken me 34 years of my life to realize that I have to take care of myself, and it starts now. For so long I have felt 'lost', but not anymore. I have about 140 pounds I want to loose not only for myself, but for my 6 year old son as well. I am glad I found this site, it will be nice to tract my progress. I also hope to meet some people here, it's even better when you have people to chat with who know how you feel and who have probably got the same type of insecurities. Good luck to everyone!
