Hey guys, I have been working on my chest for quite awhile now, and my chest is really hard, like theres muscle, except for like an inch away from the nipple, thats when it gets kind of non muscular/flabby, Is there anyway I can get rid of this problem? im a bigger guy, but jeeze, There hasto be a few exercises I could do to really put my chest through hell and beat it into a real mans chest, Could someone please list some exercises and walkthroughs on how to do them? it would be of great help,

Thank you and god bless

You can't spot reduce fat. You will have to lose the fat all over to reduce it on your chest and therefore bring out for muscles and definition more.

I'm at high teens BF amnd with the lifting i'm doing now the fat on my chest is getting very noticable. Building up the muscle underneath seems to make it more noticable.

Just like with abs, toning can only do so much, even if the muscle is rock hard you can't see jack if it's under a layer of fat.

Great advice from Jingo. You MUST reduce fat everywhere to lose it in your chest. Try something simple like cutting 500 calories from your diet or adding 10 more minutes of cardio. It sounds like maybe your lower chest or outer chest (if I understand your description) is not as developed as you may like. Work on decline presses to build the lower chest. To work the outer chest, move to a wider grip. These will help development in those areas. However, as Jingo stated, you cannot spot reduce bodyfat. It is simply impossible.
