More than likely with the 'tons' of mass you gained, a good bit of fat tagged along. If you lose this fat, you will probably see a distinct difference in your muscle hardness.

Try increasing your reps per set and work each bodypart two times a week for twelve to sixteen sets, and increase your cardio.

mdenker6 by increasing the number of days you work a bodypart you will burn extra fat around the muscle and burn more calories by using more reps per set.Cardio is main factor in getting harder and more defined, and your diet is a factor stay away from sodium and fats.use your melon.
