Is it okay to have a snack in the middle of the night? Sometimes I wake up around like 2am and my tummy is growling. Is it okay to have a light snack? I don't do this a lot very rarely.
Why not? If your body needs nourishment, you have to supply it. If you are working out, your body needs to be fed. Correct snacks of course would be the way to go. Now, if it is just because, then you are doing detriment to yourself.
