I just started a customized lifting program for mass. Today is the first day. It tells me to do 4 sets of 18, 12, 10, and 8 reps. I have to enter the weight. Do I use the same weight for all of the sets or do I use the weight I can lift for only that amount of reps. Ex. 18 reps at 155lbs, 12 at 180, 10 at 190, 10 at 200 OR all sets at like 160??? Any help is greatly appreciated
