I workout- why is my metabolism so slow?
Keep in mind:
- I lift weights
- I do moderate cardio
- I eat healthy
- I drink plenty of water
I just took a metabolism blow test, and found out I burn 2000 calories daily not doing anything (I'm 29). OK, it seemed a bit low, but fine. Everyone else who tested had at least 500-600 calories higher than me. BUT- there was one guy- who do not exercise (but he does smoke)- who burns 3600 calories a day doing nothing. Now, I do NOT understand why I have such slow metabolism. If everyone else has higher metabolism, but I workout and eat healthier than all of them, what am I doing wrong? And what do I need to do right?
