I was a 2 time bodybuilding title holder, personal fitness trainer, karate enthusiast (got to Adv. Brown when got injured), been boxing training for the last 5 years, etc. Got married, got fat, got unmotivated, got out of bad marriage, lost almost all the weight I gained with a new trainer, trainer moved, I moved, gained all the weight back again, know what to do but need Motivation, can't do it alone, need your help. Thanks.

Hi,
I was a regular member here....haven't been in a long while. Back 10 years ago I lost about 100lbs became a trainer and inspiration to many. LOL Hubby and I treated the gym as our 2nd home we were there anywhere from 1-4 hours a day (usually had dinner there too). We took Tae Keuk Do but then our school closed do to lack of funding. Then Flash forward 6 years...I was doing well maintaining my success...some weight would be gained but I would step up my work and it would come off. Well in 2006 I became pregnant. IT was a great healthy pregnancy, but sadly I gained like 90lbs :( :surprised: I had a wonderful healthy little boy....Well the gym fell to the sidelines. I missed it dearly but wasn't missing it enough to sacrifice family time to get back at it. Therefore much of the weight I gained has stubbornly stuck around. It's my fault...Yesterday though we got my little guy his own membership...so maybe I might get back at it.
Long story short...I know what you are going through. I wish you the best!! With work and preserverance we can do it :)

Hey, thanks Mutt! It's been too long....and habits built over the past 4 years have been hard to break.
