New Here and Kinda Lost in the Site

Hi I'm new to this site and i thought that if i signed up for the free membership thing that i would be able to see he work out stuff. no can't find. I'm so lost and hopeless. can someone help

Hi,
I started by going to the fitness plan and entering my information. From there it asks what type of plan you would like to be on. Select one of the three boxes ex; weight loss and toning plan. From there it will create a work out for a couple of weeks from the plan you selected. What is neat is it will ask you what type of equipment you have access to then design the work out around it. I did my first tonight and I feel great.
Another tip would be to next go to nutrition plan and the process is similar. It will tell you how many calories you should take in during the work out plan. It also gives you calories for all the food groups. Once you start your plans you can go back to the page when you are done and enter your information. This helps you keep track of your progress & keep you on track.
