I noticed that the excercises for my program doesn't directly target my forearms. Being fairly new to weight lifting, does the gripping the bar/dumb bells give you an adequate forearm workout? or should I be incorporating forearm targeting workouts on the side? Thanks in advance! (I just don't want to develop a unproportionate arm).
Almost all upperbody movements will involve the forearm. In this sense, you will train your forearms adequetly. If you like, you can do extra forearm exercises if you really want to target this area, there are many.
