Hello everyone, I'm new to this site, I'm a 42 yr old F, 5'7, 148 lbs. I have started a "whole food diet" which I plan on making my lifestyle..I have also been doing 30 minutes of cardio every day. I just got my personalized plan and started with vigor, determined to get trough it, and I have to tell you, I can't do more than 5 push ups, and I'm supposed to do 4 sets of 15 each or so. How badly will I wreck the intended results if I can't do it all in the beginning?
