Hi, I just have a quick question about gaining muscle mass quickly, my planner says each day a diffrent part of the body, is that better than each day every part of the body? I mean now that I'm on vacation and that I have the time, I feel like it would be more usefull like; not training my legs 1 day , and the next day my chest, but training them both on the same day, and then the next day too. Not to question the people with probably 50 times the body mass of me, but just a simple question,

Looking forward to an anwser, :)

No it is not beter...to gain mass you need to train hard and heavy as well as REST. you can do something like back/biceps then day two shoulders and tri, then Chest and legs. If you are a beginner the plan here is a good way to get started.....working out each body part every day will not promote mass but break you down and may cause injury.
