Anyone who is a nurse knows what it's like to work 12 hours shifts. You're tired when you get home and on your days off you have to catch up on all the things you missed while you were working and you're still tired. I have such a hard time fitting in good exercise and eating right. Any thoughts/comments/suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.
