Hey guys, so deployed again, trying to lose 50lbs. So far, I have lost 15lbs, so doing good, but looking to "trim the fat" by either increasing my workout or decreasing my diet... my weight loss has gone stagnant for the past 2 weeks. What do you think about this diet:
Morning: Fiber based cereal with Soy milk (best we got out here to drink)
about hour and a half later: Chicken breast, some rice, vegie (whatever they got) and some bread.
I would say... about hour and some later: protein shake, half hour-hour before workout. (I work out 2 days, then one day off)
right after workout: Omelet with ham, cheese, mushroom, jalapeno. (guessing this is what I should cut) with the omelet I get bacon and some hash browns...
What do you guys think? cut the hash browns and bacon? Should I sub something else in or just cut those calories? Hell, I don't even know if I am taking in enough/too much... What do you guys/gals think?
