Hey,
I'm 42, 5'5", weigh in at 185. My main problem is this beer gut that just wont let me tie my shoes without losing my breath. I do landscaping, so i tend to stay solid, except for this gut that just wont go away no matter how much i diet and walk. I'm at a whopping 34" waist!!
I welcome any ideas and input from those out there who can motivate others into exercising. I don't have a partner to workout with and i aint gonna lie, i do get slack on the exercises; sometimes the ab lounger turns into just a lounger! so, hope to hear from those more experienced and more motivated. Teach me if you will.
