Hi Guys, I have just signed up today as I am desperate for an exercise that will tone up my tummy and arms. I am currently a size 14 and only 5'4" :( I look ok, but want to look the best I can. I swim and run, but nothing seems to reduce my 'jelly belly' or tone up my arms. Any ideas with food and exercise would be soooo appreciated :big_smile: Thank you, Amanda (UK) x
