It goes from 20-12-10-8 reps. Is the goal to have the same weight the entire time or to increase weight? I have worked out a lot but have gotten out of shape since college and am trying to do it right. Also, what kind length of a break should I take between sets 45s - 1 min?

Thank You.

Normally you add weight as you do each set, meaning that set of 20 is a warm up so you use light weight, as for the time to rest 30-1 min is normal depending on how you feel. When I squat I take 2-3 mins sometimes. Good luck

I just started week two and the work out is exactly the same. Am I missing something? I expected the next weeks plan to change at least in reps or types of exercises. I get bored easy and was hoping for something new... :(
