Hi FT peeps! I am going to loose fifty pounds...weight I accumulated from quitting smoking and having two babies back to back! My biggest obstacles will be emotional/boredom eating and exercising even when I am tired!
I have to do it, I have never been so overweight but I am done with all this baggage! Each day is a new day, there is only today, right?
