Hi everyone, Im a newbie here and well with the whole workout thing anyways, ok so my nutritional plan has me eating 3,139 calories per day. What I dont understand how I am suppose to follow this. Do i breakdown the fats and carbs, ect or do i just eat 3000 calories of whatever a day. and if im suppose to eat certain foods a day and breakdown the carbs and fats, how do i know what foods to eat without eating more fats than carbs or vice versa in the same food. Confused yet? I am...i guess i just dont know what im doing, but if anyone can understand what im trying to ask then that would be great if you could help...Thank you.
