Hi everyone. I'm new to this website. And last summer I lost 15 pounds in the month of august which made me estatic but I hit a peak and whatever I did I just couldn't keep losing the weight so I kind of gave up. I've gained back 3 pounds but before school I want to try to break this peak and get to my goal weight. Does anyone have tips ? Thanks!!
