Hi Everyone! My name is Meghan and I'm 21 years old, 5'3" and 163 lbs...I just had my first baby and that is my post pregnancy weight. I was 135 before getting pregnant, weighed 186 at 9 months pregnant (in december) and currently weight 163. I would like to go down to 120/125. I really need some advice on how I should approach this..I've cut a lot of junk food/all soda out of my diet and mainly drink Vitamin Water. I've started doing crunches and squats while my 7 month old son is sleeping, and am going to start the treadmill tonight. PLEASE let me know any advice that worked for you or someone you know! I would greatly appreciate it!
