hi im 14 years old and currently weigh about 71 kgs, i would like to lose 10 kgs within the next 10 weeks and i was wondering if you could please share your profesional opinions on the easiest ways to do this, and if so some of the best sorts of food and diets to be eating etc.

no waaaay im 14 tooo.. but i weigh 51kg.. im just here to get fit.. not loose weight.. anyway, i have no idea how to answer your question. i just thought it was cool how we were both 14 hahahahahah sorry, i guess :big_smile:
