I AM, THUS FAR FINDING THIS SITE VERY INFORMATIVE. BUT I HAVE 1 QUESTION? IF YOU ARE REQUIRED TO CONSUME APPROX 3064 CALORIES, HOW MANY CALORIES ARE YOU REQUIRED TO BURN DAILY? MY MATE & I WORK AT 24 HR FITNESS 5 DAZ A WEEK, APPROX 2 AND A HALF TO 3 HRS A SESSION. WE DO CARDIO & STRENGTH TRAINING, ON WED WE HAVE AN AWESUM SWIMMING AROBICS CLASS THAT WE ATTEND..
