My name is Mandi and I'm trying to lose about 45 pounds and tone up in the process. Between having two kids and going to culinary school, I've put on about 30 pounds in the last few years. I feel run down all the time. I've decided I need to take time for me and get back into shape. I feel like I haven't set a very good example for my children and I want to get on the right track before they're too big.
