When i pul down my legs in the Leg Raise abdominal exercise it hurts my back (noise in the verterber...).
Is there another exercice for the lower abdominal muscle?
It seems my back is not enough strong (for example i cant do a single REP in the Wide Grip exercice :( ).

Just go to FT Exercise Resources/Muscle Targeting and pick another exercise. And that Wide Grip exercise is really hard so don't feel bad! =)

For the leg raises try putting your hands flat on the floor just under your lower back. This helps a lot make sure you lift your legs slowly and dont forget to stretch your lower back before doing the leg raises.

seated leg tucks should replace leg raises. go to FT home and on the diagram of the person with muscels click on the abdominals. There'll be an article there and at the end os it you'll seemany exercises you can do for your abdominals, for which part of them...

Try to shorten the range of the movement to only raise your bum but keep your back flat on the floor. This will give you a more concentrated lower ab work out and it doesn't affect your lower back.
