I have been using Six Star Muscle Building milkshake protein powder for awhile now. The problem is, I can't afford to buy protein powder anymore, so, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions or ideas on how I can get the protein I need (150g) through whole meals. Thanks in advance.

Shoot that is easy, just eat. A can of tuna depending on size of can should give you about 35-40 grams....add some cottage cheese, well you can get the idea

Thanks Mutt. I got about 105 grams yesterday through my meals. So, it'll all work out. I found this high protein bread I am going to try too. Thanks for the response. :)
