I have cut back my calorie intake and started trying to eat more times a day instead of the usual huge fatty 1 meal a day. I have also started exercising with some 30 minute home fitness dvds I have, I rotate through them so I do a different one every day. I have also been measuring myself(stomach arms thighs etc.) and weighing myself. How long should it take for me to start to see some results on that measuring tape?
